Terms and Conditions for
Plantee Challenges
1. Eligibility
This challenge is open to all Plantee app users. Employees of Plantee and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Participate
To participate in the challenge, users must post plant-based meals on the Plantee app during the challenge period.
3. Points and Prize Distribution
Participants earn points for posting plant-based meals. At the end of the challenge, the total prize pool will be distributed among participants proportionally based on the number of points each user has accumulated relative to the total points earned by all participants. The more points a user earns, the larger their share of the prize pool will be. Plantee will determine the method of awarding points and calculate the final distribution.
4. Publicity
By participating in the challenge, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the challenge.
5. Right to Modify and General Provisions
Plantee reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel this challenge in part or in its entirety at any time without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, technical failures, legal restrictions, or other reasons beyond our control

In the event of modification, the changes will be communicated to participants via the Plantee app or our website.

In case of suspension, the challenge may be paused temporarily, and Plantee will determine if and how to resume the challenge.

If the challenge is terminated or cancelled, Plantee may opt to distribute the prize pool based on points accumulated up to that time, or may cancel the prize distribution entirely, at its sole discretion.
We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the challenge or these terms will be posted on our website or within the Plantee app.
7. Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Plantee and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the competition and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By participating in this challenge, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
